Whirlpool Gulp

A swirly arcade game starring a very hungry little whirlpool. Glide around a busy beach and gulp down anything smaller than you. Start with shells and starfish, grow big enough for buckets and beach balls, then umbrellas, sandcastles, boats and beach huts. Fill the size meter before the clock runs out to reach the next, bigger beach.

Play Whirlpool Gulp

How to play

Steer your whirlpool around the beach.
Glide over things smaller than you to gulp them down. Every gulp makes you a little bigger.
Things that are too big get a red ring when you touch them. Come back when you've grown.
Fill the size meter before the timer runs out to clear the level. Time left over becomes bonus points.
Each new beach is bigger, with a bigger size goal.

Controls

On a phone or tablet, drag your finger and the whirlpool follows it.
With a mouse, move the pointer over the beach and the whirlpool swirls toward it.
On a keyboard, use the arrow keys or W, A, S and D.
The Sound button turns sound on or off.

Tips

Gulp lots of little things at the start. They add up fast.
Umbrella camps have towels, coolers, buckets and balls all close together. Swirl around them for a quick feast.
Big things are worth lots of points, so head for them as soon as they fit.
A banner tells you when a new kind of thing fits, so watch for it.
