Welcome to Sketchpad Arcade, a website operated by Restless Faith Media LLC ("we"). By using this site and playing the games on it, you agree to these terms. They are short because the site is simple.

Using the games

The games are free for personal, non-commercial use. You may play them as much as you like, share links to them, and record or stream your own play. You may not copy the games, their code, art, characters or text to other websites or apps, sell them, or present them as your own.

Our content

Everything on this site, including the games, characters, artwork, names, word lists and writing, is the original work of Restless Faith Media LLC and is protected by copyright. Sketchpad Arcade and the game names are our trademarks. Game mechanics and genres are not ours to claim, and we make no such claim.

Accounts and saved data

There are no accounts. Scores, progress and settings are stored in your own browser. Clearing your browser's site data removes them, and we cannot restore them.

Ads and links

We may show ads to keep the games free, and we link to a small number of other sites, including our sister site. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites or ads, and a link does not mean we endorse what is on the other side of it.

No warranty

The site and games are provided as they are. We work hard to keep them bug-free and available, but we cannot promise that they will always work on every device or browser, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site. Where the law does not allow that limitation, our liability is limited to the fullest extent it does allow.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
