Pencil Plunk

How to play

1. Tap a thumbtack that no popsicle stick is lying on. Tacks under a stick look darker and can't be pulled yet.
2. The tack flies into the paper cup of the same color. Three tacks fill a cup, and the next cup drops in.
3. If no cup wants that color, the tack waits in the pencil case. A new cup scoops up its color from there.
4. A stick with one tack left swings down, and it can cover other tacks. Pull its last tack and it plunks onto the desk.
5. Clear every stick to finish the level. If the pencil case is full and no tack fits a cup, the game is over.

Controls

• Phone or tablet: tap a tack to pull it.
• Computer: click a tack. On a keyboard, the arrow keys pick a free tack, Enter or Space pulls it, and + adds a slot.
• The +1 slot button adds a sixth spot to the pencil case, once per level. Restart level tries the level again.
• The sound button turns sound on or off.

Tips

• Pull tacks that match a waiting cup first. They don't use up pencil case space.
• Check the Next note at the top to see which cup colors are coming.
• Look before you pull a stick's second-to-last tack. It will swing down and may cover tacks below it.
• Every cup shows its tack's symbol, so you can match by shape as well as color.
• Save +1 slot for when the pencil case is almost full.
