Shoe String Swing

How to play

1. Press and hold to grab the nearest push-pin with your shoestring. The dashed ring shows which pin you'll grab.
2. Swing down and back up, then let go to fling forward through the air.
3. Hold again to catch the next pin. If you tumble to the ground, the game is over.
4. Your score is the distance you swing plus 5 points for every star.
5. Every 200 meters you swing into a new place: the city, the park, the beach, the farm, the night sky and the mountains.
6. The farther you go, the farther apart the pins get. Pink balloons bob up and down, and soap bubbles pop soon after you grab them.

Controls

• Press and hold anywhere on the playfield to grab, and let go to fling. On a keyboard, hold Space or the Up arrow.
• Bounce off the bouncy balls for a free boost.
• The Sound button turns sound on or off.

Tips

• Let go just after you pass under the pin and starts to rise. That gives the biggest fling.
• Letting go too late sends you straight up. Letting go too early sends you down toward the ground.
• Stars follow the swing paths, so a nice smooth swing usually scoops them up.
• On a soap bubble, swing once and let go fast before it pops.
