Doodle Kick
Turn-based flick soccer, drawn in pencil. Each side has five players and there's one ball. Drag one of your players back like a pool cue and let it go: it skids across the page, knocks the ball about and everything bounces off the lines, the posts, the nets and each other. Score in the far goal; first to three wins, and every match starts in a new line-up.

How to play
- Pick who to play: invite a friend by text, pass one phone, or play the bot.
- On your turn, drag one of your five players back and let go to flick it. The further you pull, the harder the kick. A dotted line shows where it will go.
- Everything slides and bounces until it stops, then it's the other side's turn. Players can skid into the back of the net and bounce back out.
- Knock the ball into the far goal to score. Score in your own goal and the point goes to the other side. After a goal, the side that let it in kicks off.
- First to three goals wins. Each match starts in a different line-up: three formations, then round again.
Controls
- Drag any of your players back, then let go to flick. Pull back only a little for a gentle nudge.
- Your players have a dashed ring round them when it's your turn.
- New round starts a fresh match. Mode switches who you play.
- The Sound button turns sound on or off.
Tips
- Hit the ball off-centre to curl it around a defender.
- Keep one player back in front of your goal: a loose ball in front of an empty net is an easy goal.
- Use a player as a wall: park one in front of your goal before you go for a long shot.
- Bounce shots off the side lines when the straight path is blocked.
About Doodle Kick
Doodle Kick is a pool-style soccer game: instead of running about, you flick your players across the page and let the ball bounce.
On Hard, the bot tries over a hundred different flicks before it picks one, so you'll need clever angles to beat it.
